About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Technology Solutions Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive business growth through innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project delivery from discovery to operation, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement master data management strategies and processes to maintain high-quality data across the organization.
  • Design and manage data governance frameworks, including data quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive project planning, staffing management, and people growth.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to build and manage client relationships, generate new business engagements, and provide thought leadership in digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field.
  • 10-14 years of relevant consulting-industry experience, preferably in healthcare or life science.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing MDM services and capabilities using tools like Informatica MDM and Reltio.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality, and metadata management.
  • Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, ETL design, and development.
