Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary:

The Technical Manager will lead a remote team of engineers, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a high-performing team culture. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, technical mentorship, and strategic alignment with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ Years of proven experience managing technical teams.
  • Strong technical background in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS certification.
  • Experience leading customer-facing technical teams.
