Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Expert
The Role:

We are seeking an experienced professional to work on implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Time-Off & time tracking modules. This is a key role for our organization, requiring expertise in delivering solutions that meet business requirements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SuccessFactors Implementation - Implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Management module, including configuration of custom objects, role-based permissions, and report center.

  • System Configuration - Configure the Time Management module based on business requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Technical Support - Provide technical support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off & time tracking modules, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

  • Documentation and Reporting - Maintain accurate documentation of solution designs, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance.

  • Knowledge Sharing - Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements related to absence management. Share knowledge with the team to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors - 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Employee Central and Time-Off & time tracking modules.

  • Technical Skills - Proficiency in configuring custom objects, role-based permissions, and report center in SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Business Acumen - Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to translate them into system configuration objects.

  • Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Continuous Learning - Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, with a focus on staying current with SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
