Job Title: Production Supervisor

Transforming Production Excellence is a critical role in our manufacturing operations. As a skilled Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans to ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks. Your expertise in cost control, personnel management, and process optimization will drive efficiency and product quality.

You will:

  • Develop and implement production plans to meet manufacturing deadlines, ensuring we deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Manage production costs to enhance profitability by optimizing resource allocation and reducing waste.
  • Supervise production line workers to maintain productivity and morale through effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Continuously improve production processes to boost efficiency and quality by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with market demand, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Analyze production data and provide decision-making support to management by identifying key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Respond promptly to unexpected situations during production, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated on the latest production technologies and methods, applying this knowledge to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and industry standards by adhering to best practices and procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry, demonstrating your ability to manage production teams and optimize processes.
  • Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, allowing you to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in production management, showcasing your ability to develop and implement production plans and manage production costs.
  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls, ensuring you can maintain compliance and promote a safe working environment.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and production technologies, enabling you to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, allowing you to respond promptly to unexpected situations and maintain productivity.
