Leading a team of experienced engineers, you will be responsible for designing and developing our agentic AI platform.

  • Establish the technical direction and architecture of the platform
  • Create scalable, reliable backend infrastructure that powers automation workflows
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing, distributed engineering team
  • Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to deliver into real-world hospital environments

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10 years of experience in backend, platform, or systems engineering
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred or equivalent real-world experience)
  • Deep experience with Python or comparable backend languages in production environments
  • Proven track record designing and scaling complex systems and APIs
  • Experience leading engineering teams or projects with high accountability and ownership
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, distributed systems, and workflow orchestration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make architecture decisions under ambiguity
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Startup experience or mindset — adaptable, resourceful, and focused on outcomes
