Brand Storytelling Manager

We're seeking an experienced Brand Storytelling Manager to oversee our brand's communication strategy and digital presence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Narrative Development
    • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity, transforming complex product and customer success stories into engaging narratives.
    • Partner with customers to amplify their success stories and create memorable brand experiences.
  • Marketing Content Creation
    • Create and manage high-quality marketing collateral, including decks, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and event materials that showcase our brand's expertise.
    • Promote thought leadership and customer stories across social platforms, driving engagement and growth.
  • Social Media Presence & Digital Marketing
    • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating and curating engaging content that resonates with our audience.
    • Plan and execute Ads and account-based marketing campaigns targeting enterprise accounts, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize results.
  • Events & Showcases
    • Drive brand presence at key industry events and conferences, overseeing pre-event communication, on-ground branding, and post-event follow-up campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful brand experiences that drive business outcomes.
  • Outreach & Campaigns
    • Leverage HubSpot for automated outreach and nurture workflows, aligning ABM efforts with sales and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
    • Design and execute cold email campaigns to targeted prospects, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Performance Measurement & Insights
    • Track performance of brand, social, and outreach initiatives using data analytics tools, providing actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize resource allocation.
