SAP CX Technical Consultant

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our SAP CX team as a Technical Consultant, where you will have the chance to work on cutting-edge customer experience solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and enhancing applications within SAP Sales & Service Cloud V2.0.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom extensions using SAP BTP, CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), and SAP UI5/Fiori.
  • Implement integration scenarios with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and third-party applications.
  • Build and maintain custom UIs, workflows, and business rules to support sales and service processes.
  • Support data migration activities and create custom APIs/ODATA services where required.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Sales Cloud & Service Cloud (Version 2.0).
  • Hands-on experience in development, extensions, integrations, and customizations.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
