Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader to join our Accounts Payable team.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee and distribute daily workflow among team members ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Lead a team responsible for invoice processing, guaranteeing accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Turnaround Times (TATs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Handle exceptions and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for issue resolution, providing expert guidance.
  • Educate management or stakeholders on critical issues.
  • Guarantee all Accounts Payable processes comply with internal controls and audit requirements.
  • Support internal/external audits by providing necessary documentation.
  • Monitor and improve team performance, fostering motivation and engagement within the team.
  • Demonstrate expertise in articulating with stakeholders.
  • Promote process improvement, analyzing bottlenecks and suggesting enhancements to boost accuracy and speed.
  • Drive automation initiatives, streamlining processes and increasing productivity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of work experience, including team handling and leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Office.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion is an asset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (M.com/MBA preferred).
