About the Opportunity

Are you looking to start your career in customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Intern (Calling) who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

The primary focus of this role will be on handling customer calls in both Hindi and English, ensuring clear, empathetic, and professional communication. If you are proficient in multiple languages, that's a definite plus

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Record and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist in resolving basic queries and escalating issues when required.
  • Ensure clear communication in Hindi and English at all times.
  • Support the team in improving customer satisfaction by delivering quality conversations.

Requirements:

  • 0-6 months of experience in customer support (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Knowledge of a third language is a bonus.
  • Good listening skills, patience, and a positive approach to handling queries.
  • Basic computer skills with the ability to use CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week offs.
