Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator to manage projects and establish productive relationships with key personnel and clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless functioning of client accounts, managing client receivables, and planning monthly retention. They will also document all requests and comments made by clients to ensure timely feedback and follow-up actions.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
    • Establish and maintain professional relationships with key personnel and clients, providing excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
    • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project coordination or management, preferably in an international environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to work in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
