Mechanical Design Engineer

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Mechanical Design Engineer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of product lifecycle data.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product lifecycle data in our Engineering and management tools.
  • Create item records with consistent naming conventions and data fields selections.
  • Develop change orders with clear summaries and descriptions, linked to relevant processes.
  • Enter data into database, including requests and tracking process adherence.
  • Resolve integration issues and implement procedures to enhance data integrity and efficiency.
  • Support engineering teams regarding data attributes and architecture.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) and PLM tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams.
  • 2-3 years of experience in product design and development, preferably with a focus on Data Management and PLM.
