We are seeking a Tax Professional with expertise in partnership taxation to join our Alternative Investments and Private Equity teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review operating agreements, letters of intent, purchase agreements, and other legal documents related to tax transactions.
  • Analyze and apply Subchapter K principles through continuous learning and professional development.
  • Perform comprehensive technical reviews of pass-through entity tax returns.
  • Gather data from customers and third-party sources.
  • Conduct research to support tax return positions.
  • Resolve open issues on assigned engagements.
  • Monitor engagement economics by managing budgets and optimizing processes.
  • Direct and control concurrent assignments to successful completion.
  • Develop and lead associates through engagements, delegate tasks when appropriate.
  • Provide timely feedback to associates.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities among existing clients.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model through firm initiatives, departmental matters, and events.
  • Active in recruitment of new and experienced professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with tax laws and regulations

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
