Leading the way in US taxation, we are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. With over 10 years of experience and strong technical expertise, this individual will be responsible for managing complex tax returns, supervising staff, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tax Preparation and Review: Prepare and review complex US federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1041.
  • Tax Staff Management: Manage and supervise tax staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work.
  • Tax Planning Strategies: Develop and implement tax planning strategies for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and estates, providing expert advice to clients.
  • Tax Research and Solutions: Research complex tax issues and provide solutions to clients, staying up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with IRS and state tax regulations, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Client Communication: Communicate directly with clients, building strong professional relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.


Requirements:
  • Certifications: CPA or EA (mandatory) certification in taxation.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of US taxation experience, with strong technical expertise in 1040, 1065, 1120, and estate/trust returns.
  • Leadership Experience: Prior experience managing and mentoring teams, developing leaders and improving team performance.
  • Tax Knowledge: Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and US tax law, staying current with changes and developments.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with US tax software, such as CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax, or equivalent.
  • Skillset: Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and value to clients.
