Our ideal candidate is a talented UI/UX Designer with strong creative and problem-solving skills, eager to join our organization as a key contributor.

  • User Experience Design:
  • Conduct user research, create personas, and map user journeys to define clear, user-centred design solutions that drive business growth.
  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design flows to communicate ideas effectively and ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Visual Design: Deliver pixel-perfect UI designs aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring aesthetics and usability go hand in hand to create an exceptional user experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing, analyse feedback, and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience and continuous improvement.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems, ensuring consistency across platforms and streamlining design processes.

Requirements

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms, showcasing expertise in designing intuitive and engaging experiences.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar, with the ability to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet business needs.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy, with the ability to create high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes.
  • Ability to work with developers to translate designs into functional products, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to reality.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design decisions and rationale.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.

Preferred Skills

  • Working knowledge of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions and effective communication with development teams.
  • Understanding of UI motion/interaction design (micro-interactions, transitions), with the ability to create engaging and interactive experiences.
  • Exposure to UI/UX for enterprise applications, SaaS products, or complex platforms, with a focus on scalability and adaptability.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), ensuring compliance and creating inclusive experiences.
  • Experience working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Uizard, Galileo AI, Figma AI plugins, ChatGPT for UX writing), with the ability to leverage technology to enhance design processes and outcomes.
