Compliance Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of local and international regulations relevant to the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify areas for improvement to mitigate potential risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, document, and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Implement and monitor supplier emission reduction initiatives to support the company's sustainability goals.
  • Lead or assist in investigations of compliance incidents, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions for employees to promote awareness and understanding of compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, governance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong background in legal, financial, corporate governance, or IT Industry-specific compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and translate them into business policies.
  • Detail-oriented, ethical, proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
