Secure Networks are the backbone of any organization. World Wide Technology, a global leader in technology integrations, is seeking a highly capable and experienced Security Firewall Engineer to support the design, deployment, and ongoing operations of secure network infrastructure.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional with deep hands-on expertise with Fortinet FortiGate Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW), including advanced threat protection and VPN services, as well as strong proficiency in configuring and managing Citrix NetScaler (ADC) load balancers.

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW features: IPS, application control, web filtering, antivirus, etc.
  • IPsec and SSL VPN tunnels for site-to-site and remote access
  • High Availability (HA) clustering and health checks
  • Firewall rules, NAT, routing, and segmentation policies
  • Manage and optimize Citrix NetScaler (ADC) appliances for:
  • Load balancing of web and application services
  • SSL offloading, certificate installation, and renewal
  • Content switching, rewrite/responder policies, and access control
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in network security engineering roles
  • Deep hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls, including NGFW and VPN features
  • 2–3 years of operational experience with Citrix NetScaler ADC
  • Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, and access control concepts
  • Experience managing security logs and events, and familiarity with SIEM workflows
