We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Cyber Benchmarking Hub. The successful candidate will drive data-driven benchmarking initiatives across functions, processes, technologies, and industry peers.

About the Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of a benchmarking program to establish a robust cybersecurity posture.
  • Compare an organization's cybersecurity performance against industry best practices and peers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cybersecurity maturity and resilience based on benchmarking results.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices by leveraging benchmarking data.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Overall experience of 12+ years with at least 8-10 years in Cyber Benchmarking.
  • Strong understanding of various cybersecurity domains, including threat intelligence, incident response, security architecture, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in leading or supporting innovation initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, and product development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • BE/ BTech degree in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.
  • MCA / M.E./ MTech / MSc in any discipline from a university / Institution / Board recognized by Govt. of India / approved by Govt. Regulatory bodies.

Certifications:

  • CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, MBA (Technology Management)

Skills Required:

  • Experience in developing and implementing cybersecurity benchmarking programs, including the selection of appropriate metrics and methodologies.
  • Strong technical background with experience in areas such as cloud computing, networking, and programming languages relevant to cybersecurity.

Becoming a Competent Cybersecurity Professional

A comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity concepts is vital for success in this role. Key areas of focus include threat intelligence, incident response, security architecture, and risk management. Experience in leading innovation initiatives and collaboration with diverse teams is also essential.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively navigate complex projects and stakeholder relationships.

Pursuing the Right Qualifications

To excel in this field, relevant academic qualifications are highly valued. A BE/BTech degree or equivalent in any discipline, along with certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, PMP, and MBA (Technology Management), will significantly enhance your prospects.
