Oracle HCM Technical Developer


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Technical Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and technical implementation of HCM solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, test and deploy HCM Extracts to meet business requirements.
  • Design, develop and deploy Oracle BI and OTBI reports to provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Test and execute HCM Data Loader for HCM business Objects to ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) on customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements provided by clients.
  • Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Create and enhance Oracle BI & OTBI & Template Reports to support business needs.
  • Understand Oracle HCM Table Concepts to design effective database structures.
  • Create and enhance Fast Formula to automate complex calculations.
  • Exposure to functional Oracle Recruitment modules to provide comprehensive recruitment solutions.
  • Develop SQL Queries to extract relevant data from Oracle databases.
  • Create Tableau Reports to visualize data insights and drive business decisions.
  • Manage Customer Meetings to build strong relationships and communicate project progress.
  • Possess Good Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
  • 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development and technical implementation of HCM solutions.
