  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of PeopleSoft applications to ensure quality and performance.
  • Support maintenance of existing PeopleSoft HCM applications, including applying patches and updates.
  • Document system configurations, modifications, and processes for future reference.
  • Provide user support and training to ensure effective utilization of PeopleSoft functionalities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HCM system and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
  • Stay informed about PeopleSoft HCM best practices and advocate for innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
