Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of accurate reservation data entry into the hotel's system is a critical aspect of this role.
  • We verify settlement to ensure proper processing and maintain transparency in all financial transactions.
  • Frequent follow-ups with clients are necessary to ensure timely payments and avoid any delays in our revenue cycle.

Skillset:

  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders, including guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in hospitality management software is essential for efficient data entry, reporting, and analysis.
  • A strong organizational and multitasking ability will enable you to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of problem-solving and possess a high level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in hotel reservations, particularly in a supervisory or executive capacity, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with hotel booking systems and procedures is necessary for effective execution of duties.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills is desired.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a supervisor/executive in the Reservation/Front Office department of a 3*/4* hotel is required.
  • A graduate degree from any stream is preferred; however, a diploma/degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management is desirable.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Hindi is necessary for successful communication with guests and colleagues.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, are proficient in hospitality software, and have experience in hotel reservations.
