As an AI-Augmented UI/UX Designer, you will become the architect of design and harness the power of artificial intelligence to amplify human creativity.

 

You will put humans at the center of intelligent experiences, emphasizing intuitive interfaces that make complex business operations feel effortless.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intelligent Design Systems: Utilize AI tools like Figma AI, Adobe XD, Sketch, Midjourney, DALL-E, UXPin, Uizard, Lovable, Jasper & Galileo AI to rapidly ideate and iterate.
  • Human-Centered Experiences: Design intuitive interfaces for complex enterprise applications and consumer products.
  • Creative Collaborations: Work closely with engineers to bring designs to life with pixel-perfect implementation and partner with product managers to balance user needs with business objectives.

 

Requirements:

 

Must-Have Design DNA

  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile and web applications.
  • AI tool proficiency - demonstrated experience with AI-powered design tools.
  • User empathy - proven ability to understand user needs through research, testing, and data analysis.
  • Design systems expertise - experience creating and maintaining scalable design systems.
