We're looking for a skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure support team, you'll be responsible for resolving monitoring alerts, customer requests, and incidents within the cloud environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Monitor servers, applications, and services, and resolve issues promptly
  • Document incident details in ITSM tools and maintain NOC-related reports
  • E nsure maximum service availability and performance
  • Manage escalations within SLAs defined in our standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and third-party vendors
  • Support classification, making an initial assessment of incident severity and impact
  • Allocation of unresolved incidents to appropriate support groups
  • Monitoring & tracking, reviewing incident progress and keeping users informed
