About the Position:

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in introducing skincare products to prospects and building lasting relationships with customers.

  • Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Initiating outbound calls to engage with potential customers and introduce skincare products
  • Employing effective communication techniques to highlight the value proposition and understand customer needs
  • Working towards achieving sales targets through telephonic selling and employ consultative selling methods
  • Addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions with customers in our CRM system
  • Providing regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty industry
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
