Business Analysis Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Client Delivery Services group, interacting with clients, vendors, partners, and delivery service and product teams.

The ideal candidate will have a logical and analytical mind, ability to work independently or in groups, good verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to articulate complex information precisely.

  • Analyze client data and verify application functionality
  • Capture and understand client requirements and map them to product solutions
  • Document requirements that require further configurations
  • Communicate with clients on meeting agendas, system demos, and inquiries
  • Navigate client calls on issues and inquiries to closure

The successful candidate should possess relevant experience, such as:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  2. Experience using implementation and delivery services software and tools
  3. Knowledge of SQL and complex Excel functions
