The Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance and vendor management system.

You will be primarily responsible for developing and executing reporting and analytic needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

  • Develop, execute and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs or SLAs.
  • Ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execution of internal audit activities including Vendor Management System data validation.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
  • Process-oriented with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
