About the Role

This is an opportunity to lead the end-to-end development of Power BI dashboards from requirement gathering to deployment and training. You will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of Data Analysts ensuring timely delivery of reporting requirements and promoting best practices in data visualization storytelling and data governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Engagement & Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between assigned business functions and the Data Analytics team understanding business objectives and translating them into actionable data requirements.
  • Analytics Delivery & Technical Execution: Lead the development of Power BI dashboards design and develop interactive dashboards and reports write and optimize SQL queries ensure quality and accuracy of analytics outputs and drive continuous improvement in Power BI dashboard design and usability.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Supervise and mentor a team of Data Analysts assign work review outputs provide technical guidance promote best practices and collaborate with other Analytics Leads and the Head of Data Analytics.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Analytics Business or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis reporting or business intelligence with at least 2 years in a team or project lead capacity.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Power BI development proficient in SQL and solid understanding of data structures ETL concepts and business process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills proven ability to lead and coach team members strong analytical thinking and attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
