Senior Visual Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Visual Designer to spearhead our brand's creative vision and execution.

In this role, you will define the design language, build brand guidelines, and lead a small creative team while maintaining hands-on involvement in high-quality design work.

You will be responsible for creating and overseeing social media campaigns, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral that enhance brand presence and drive business impact.

Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure consistent, compelling storytelling across all channels, while driving innovation and setting new creative benchmarks for the brand.

  • Own and define the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor a creative team (designers, writers, video editors, etc.) to deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Design and oversee social media creatives, emailers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create storytelling-driven campaigns that drive results.
  • Build and streamline creative processes and workflows for efficiency and timely delivery.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and tools, bringing innovation to campaigns.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and inspire breakthrough creative ideas.
  • Balance hands-on design work with strategic leadership to ensure world-class execution.
