Job Title: Senior Art Director

Role Overview:

The Senior Art Director plays a pivotal role in driving the creative vision across campaigns and projects, ensuring that our visual storytelling resonates with audiences and aligns seamlessly with our brand strategy.

This senior-level position requires collaboration with copywriters, designers, and strategy teams to create impactful work across digital, print, and video platforms, while driving team efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative campaign ideas, branding, and content for both digital and offline platforms
  • Lead and inspire the design team, providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers
  • Partner with copywriters and strategists to bring integrated campaign ideas to life
  • Oversee visual consistency across projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
  • Present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders with confidence
  • Stay up-to-date on industry design trends, integrating them into workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency

Requirements:
