Memory Design Expert

The role requires a professional with extensive experience in memory design and architecture, holding at least 8 years of hands-on expertise. This includes proficiency in characterization, layout design, net-listers, and comprehensive SRAM design verification at the compiler level.

A successful candidate must ensure timely project execution, maintain high-quality designs, and effectively communicate project health and risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

This position involves knowledge of various memory architectures, expertise in SRAM leaf cell GDS design from scratch to top-level integration, and proficiency in physical verification flows such as DRC, LVS, and ERC.

Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Synopsys Custom Compiler skills are highly valued. Additionally, understanding good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm is crucial. Experience working on FinFET architecture, variability, and manufacturability challenges is also essential.

The ideal candidate will create detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using industry-standard tools.
