Marketing Manager

Dhruva Space is a pioneer in the Space industry, seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to lead and execute key marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and market positioning.

This full-time role is based at our headquarters in Hyderabad. As part of our thorough interview process, we include a task designed to showcase your skills and capabilities to our hiring team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Marketing strategies to promote Dhruva Space's products, services, and brand within the Space industry.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all Marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research to analyse industry trends, identify new opportunities, and evaluate competitive positioning.
  • Lead Digital Marketing initiatives, including website content, social media channels, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences, product launches, and promotional activities to raise brand awareness.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage the Marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and monitoring ROI.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • 4-7 years of Marketing experience, preferably in Deep Tech or Aerospace sectors.
  • Strong expertise in Digital Marketing platforms, social media management, and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to design and execute successful Marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000, depending on experience.
