We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to design, develop and deploy advanced AI models and systems that deliver exceptional user experiences through conversational interfaces.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the development of cutting-edge voice AI systems and intelligent agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain AI-driven, real-time speech-to-speech conversational agents.
  • Build low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experiences.
  • Design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines.
  • Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate on defining and tracking success metrics for AI features.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with Python or similar languages.
  • Experience building and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in API design.
  • Proficiency with generative AI frameworks and tools.
  • Hands on experience with large language models, prompt engineering.
  • Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable and well-tested code.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms like AWS and deployment automation.
  • Knowledge of monitoring, observability and production debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with vector databases.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Healthcare or financial services industry.
  • Experience building AI voice assistants or conversational agents.
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects or GitHub repositories demonstrating relevant work.
  • Knowledge of multimodal AI systems combining text, voice and other inputs.
