Intelligent Building Platform Strategist

JLL is seeking a talented Intelligent Building Platform Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our facility management team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategies for intelligent building management across our global portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an intelligent building strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate buildings with advanced technologies, data analytics, and automation solutions.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize building performance, energy consumption, and sustainability metrics leveraging real-time & historic data.
- Implement predictive maintenance using ML & AI strategies to increase operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and extend equipment lifespan.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications related to intelligent building management.
- Manage IBP supplier relationships and provide insights to the global team on installation, commissioning, and adoption of smart building technologies.
- Lead the training and development of facility management teams to ensure optimal utilization of intelligent building technologies and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for intelligent building operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facility management, building operations, or intelligent building management.
- Familiarity with IoT technologies, data analytics, and automation solutions for building management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex data sets.
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, lighting, power system, and tools like BMS, LMS, & PMS.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Understanding of sustainability practices and certifications such as LEED or BREEAM.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to intelligent building management.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and platforms.
