Job Overview

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that solve real-world problems in fintech and trade automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop backend services and APIs using Python.
  • Work with RabbitMQ for implementing asynchronous message queues.
  • Write efficient SQL queries and optimize existing database interactions.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams for end-to-end integration.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Python (Flask or FastAPI preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or any message queuing system.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
  • Understanding of Git version control.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker).
  • Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
