Job Title: Cybersecurity Strategist

Overview:

As a seasoned cybersecurity expert, you will lead the Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) team in planning, executing, and reporting on security assessments for applications, networks, cloud environments, and infrastructure across the organization. Your strategic leadership skills and technical expertise will be instrumental in identifying and mitigating security risks.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end VAPT projects, prioritizing testing efforts based on risk severity and business impact.
  • Develop and implement VAPT strategy, methodology, tools, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of VAPT professionals, mentoring junior members and reviewing technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with application owners, DevOps, IT, and other teams to ensure remediation of identified vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years focused on VAPT.
  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Metasploit, Qualys, Nikto, Wireshark, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or mentoring VAPT teams.
  • Cloud security experience, preferably with AWS/GCP/Azure certifications.
