Your expertise in RDBMS systems, scripting languages, and Agile methodologies will be essential in delivering high-quality results and meeting customer expectations.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new technologies and applications for future use and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

">
  • Provides technical expertise to offshore teams, managing day-to-day software tasks in the delivery cycle.">
  • Works with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into specifications and creates modular software design and implementation plans.">
  • Develops and tests software products, collaborating with other team members and analysts throughout the delivery cycle.">
  • Drives an Agile delivery team that builds high-quality, scalable work products.">
  • Assists in evaluating upcoming technologies and contributes to overall solution design.">
  • Supports production releases and maintenance windows, working with Operations teams.">

Requirements:

">
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.">
  • 7+ years of related experience, with 4+ years in the financial sector.">
  • Expertise in SQL Server, Python, Shell/Batch programming, and Agile development methodologies.">
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in distributed teams, and excellent interpersonal skills.">
  • Experience in offshore delivery teams is a plus.">
