Project Lead: SAP Enterprise Cloud Services
The Project Lead plays a pivotal role in the onboarding and migration of customers into SAP GCE, acting as a trusted advisor with a strong customer focus.
Key responsibilities include project initiation, planning, execution, and closure, ensuring seamless transitions and satisfactory customer outcomes.
Working closely with internal and external teams, the Project Lead coordinates infrastructure and application complexities throughout the onboarding cycle, providing quality services to meet customer needs.
Project Initiation: Managing sales-to-delivery handovers to initiate new tasks
Project Planning: Coordinating with consulting and customer teams to manage deliverables and projects
Execution: Communicating with all teams through build and migration lifecycles
Closing: Documenting and clearing open issues; project completion
As end-to-end responsible for project management, the Project Lead plans technical upgrade projects on a detailed basis, ensures phase-signoffs from the customer side, and manages overall progress and status.
