Job Title: Product Strategy & Growth Expert

We're seeking a seasoned product strategy professional to drive customer growth initiatives and shape scalable business strategies across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

This role combines strategic consulting with hands-on product execution, leveraging data-driven insights, structured experimentation, and product-led retention strategies to unlock sustainable growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product-focused growth initiatives and experiments
  • Design and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost customer retention and engagement
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth strategies and drive business outcomes
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas and inform product decisions
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution (preferred)
  • 4-6 years total experience
  • At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2-3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort)
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills, data analysis, and financial modeling expertise
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis
  • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
