As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboardings, ensuring seamless adoption of our solutions across client accounts. Your expertise in configuring, enabling, and realizing value will drive measurable outcomes and foster lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Collaborate with clients to tailor Talenode's capabilities, providing hands-on configuration, training, and support to maximize ROI.
- Deployment Tracking: Monitor deployment and usage, driving adoption and delivering actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Feedback Provision: Offer informed feedback to guide product development, roadmaps, and technical enhancements, ensuring our solutions meet evolving business needs.
- Playbook Development: Design repeatable processes for client implementations and partnerships, driving efficiency and growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications">
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, customer success, or product-facing roles.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex issues.
- Action-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with HR/People Analytics workflows.

- Bias to action, learns fast, and is comfortable bridging users, data, and product.
