Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing their needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Build strong relationships with members through active listening, empathy, and understanding their requirements and feedback.

Community Development & Engagement:

  • Organize networking events, workshops, and social gatherings to encourage collaboration and foster meaningful connections among members.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, positive, and supportive culture that celebrates diversity and engagement.

Space & Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day space operations, including reservations, vendor coordination, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the coworking space remains clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Track and analyze data related to occupancy, space utilization, and member satisfaction to measure performance.
  • Prepare detailed reports and share insights with management to support decision-making and operational improvements.

Required skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational skills, knowledge of the coworking industry, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
