Job Title: Talent Acquisition Professional

About the Role:

As a skilled and organized talent acquisition professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for positions within India. You will source, screen, and onboard qualified candidates to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding of domestic hires.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Arrange interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits effectively.
  • Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer-to-join ratio.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate recruitment databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–6 years of experience in domestic recruitment (IT/Non-IT depending on the role).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and domestic job portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in bulk hiring or niche hiring is an added advantage.
