We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our placement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with employers and funders for hiring and sponsorship opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Support local teams in finding job opportunities across India, including city-based and outstation placements, facilitating the alignment of student skills with market needs.
  • Organize industry talks, visits, job fairs, and employer interaction sessions to facilitate placement-related activities, promoting career development and industry connections.
  • Prepare and maintain placement data and reports in alignment with audit norms, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Lead and manage the placement team to achieve high performance and targets, driving results-oriented outcomes.
  • Collaborate with training teams to identify skill gaps and align student readiness with market needs, ensuring a competitive edge in the job market.
  • Develop and sign Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with employers for hiring or Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, solidifying long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong corporate relations and networking skills, enabling effective communication and partnership building.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills, allowing for informed decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented mindset, driving innovation and efficiency in placement activities.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ATS is an advantage, enhancing productivity and performance.
