About this Leadership Role

  • As a seasoned Project Head, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end Solar Water Pump installations across multiple states.

This leadership position involves driving timely commissioning, quality compliance, partner coordination, and on-time claim submissions in line with government guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Management: Building a reliable network of installation partners, ensuring clear agreements, performance monitoring, and training are in place.
  • Project Flow & Execution: Ensuring seamless workflows – surveys, procurement, dispatch, installation, inspections, RMS integration, and claims submission – all within strict timelines.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Overseeing portal uploads, inspections, and penalty waiver processes while ensuring 100% documentation compliance.
  • Quality & Training: Driving training programs for partners and internal teams on installation quality, RMS integration, and farmer education (O&M, insurance, claims).
  • Team Leadership: Leading a state-spanning project team with structured daily/weekly/monthly reviews, adherence to SOPs, and strong accountability frameworks.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaising with government officials, farmers, installation partners, internal customers to resolve delays, escalate issues, and ensure approvals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identifying bottlenecks, refining SOPs, and implementing corrective/preventive measures to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Power) + MBA (Operations preferred)
  • Experience: 15+ years in large-scale project management, with 5+ years in multi-state EPC/renewable installations under government schemes.
  • Preferred Sectors: Renewable Energy, Solar EPC, Infrastructure Projects, Government-Scheme Execution

Working Arrangements:

  • 10–12 days per month across project states for monitoring installations, government liaison, and partner/team performance.
  • Comfortable working in a 6-day working company
