Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a key member of our creative department, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms.
- Develop creative solutions that align with our brand's strategy and tone.
- Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
- Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that are subtle yet impactful.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean and balanced designs.
- Ability to develop designs that are understated yet effective in communicating the brand's message.
- Experience working with international teams or brands, with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
- Commitment to sustainable and responsible design practices.
