We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our team in a dynamic and challenging role.
Job Description:
- Conduct end-to-end claims analysis with attention to detail and precision
- Verify policy and claims documents accurately and efficiently
- Set up and process claims, ensuring timely payment and submission
- Correspond with claim parties, maintaining effective communication and relationships
- Develop and maintain claims communication strategies, enhancing stakeholder engagement
- Maintain records of activities, ensuring seamless documentation and reporting
- Manage day-to-day production, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
- Gain knowledge of upstream and downstream processes in claims, driving business insights
- Apply analytical and reporting skills on Excel, providing actionable insights
- Collaborate with colleagues as a team player, embracing a growth mindset
- Excel in written and verbal communication, articulating complex ideas with clarity
- Contribute to process improvements through innovative thinking and collaboration
Qualifications and Skills:
- Any graduate degree, with a strong foundation in claims principles
- 2-5 years of experience in London Insurance Market claims, with a deep understanding of P&C insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a ability to work collaboratively
- Comfortable working from the office and adapting to rotation schedules
- Immediate starters preferred, bringing fresh perspectives and enthusiasm
Required Skills:
P&C insurance and Lloyd's market experience, with a focus on claims expertise
Preferred Skills:
Similar to required skills, with an emphasis on teamwork and adaptability
