Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at Otis. As a Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for generating enquires and finalizing orders, contract management, and supporting sales and marketing functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting customers and consultants to assess their requirements
  • Developing and increasing customer database
  • Building customer relationships and post-order management
  • Payment collection from customers and monitoring asset management
  • Preparing and maintaining customer database and establishing product strategy for allotted territory or account
  • Identifying and maintaining rapport with key persons in major customer organizations
  • Market survey and competitor analysis
  • Generating and attending new enquiries and preparing sales negotiation data sheets
  • Preparing and submitting model elevator proposals and tenders
  • Maintaining and updating MIS on a weekly basis
  • Following up on proposals and tenders and negotiating and finalizing orders

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Good management and customer handling skills
  • Well-versed with Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
