  • 5 to 10 years of AWS RDS Administration or Cloud Database Admin in L3 Production Support
  • Unix
  • Must Have Migration of on premises 11G, 12C databases to AWS RDS
  • EC2 19c databases

Our ideal candidate will have knowledge of Database Administration and Architecture, administered production databases, and has knowledge of different Oracle versions from 12c to 19c and AWS RDS. They should also have experience in database migration from legacy to Cloud AWS, upgrade from older to latest oracle versions, Enterprise Manager, RAC, Performance Tuning, Database Development, Active Passive Cluster, Support Database Operations, Remedy, Oracle Enterprise manager, Oracle Support, accomplish on call support for Database during peak times, ready to work in 24-7 environment, support knowledge for Database upgrade, Migration, and perform production checks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse performance bottlenecks and Identifying issues causing application-functionality slowness - scripts, pl-Sql code, user-generated queries
  • Knowledge on Enterprise Manager, RAC, and Database Architecture
  • Monitor and Participate in Auditing and SOX Compliance activities
  • Profound knowledge of UNIX, Oracle SQL, Shell-Scripting, and at least one scripting-language like Perl
