Job Title:

Fuel Billing Professional

This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for managing fuel billing operations. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all deliveries are billed accurately and in accordance with established procedures.

You will work closely with the Inventory Accountant to guarantee that Consignment tanks are closed by the assigned month-end close date. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Fuel Billing Manager on any issues that may arise during the billing process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage fuel billing operations to ensure accurate delivery of invoices to customers;
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Accountant to guarantee timely closure of Consignment tanks;
  • Work with the Fuel Billing Manager to resolve any issues arising during the billing process;
  • Ensure all deliveries are billed according to the daily Unbilled spreadsheet provided by the manager;
  • Research tank loss issues for the Inventory Accountant;
  • Assist with unbilled reconciliations and other reconciliations as assigned by the manager;
  • Provide support to team members, including covering carriers when other billers are on leave.
