Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Program Manager to oversee mass production programs from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing operations, cross-functional team leadership, and program lifecycle management background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for mass production projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on program goals and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success.
  • Monitor production metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
  • Facilitate regular program reviews and status updates with stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for production issues.
  • Support new product introductions and scale-up activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a manufacturing or mass production environment.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and ERP systems.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in automotive, aerospace, electronics, or consumer goods manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
