About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be working closely with high-standard functional knowledge of D365 products and advanced tools. Your primary responsibilities will include leading Solution Design sessions, assisting with configuration, data migration deliverables, interface design documents, and troubleshooting customizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delight customers with outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Manage and develop customer relationships to achieve mutual goals and objectives.
  • Apply business process knowledge and best practices to advise and guide customers during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration.
  • Run client workshops on business processes, business requirements, and system design to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Perform business and systems analysis and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and conduct product gap analysis to standard product functionality to provide tailored solutions.
  • Produce comprehensive design, system, user, and procedural documentation to facilitate understanding.
  • Configure and set up applications efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide expert system training to internal and external clients to enhance their skills.
  • Liaise with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time and within budget.
  • Test development work thoroughly to ensure quality.
  • Design and execute data migration strategies to minimize disruption.
  • Provide go-live and post-live support to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Utilize outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage a team to drive success.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage project schedules, and multiple project activities efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers to mitigate potential problems.
  • Demonstrate systematic and logical problem-solving abilities to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and test detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes to validate ideas.
