We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of robust, enterprise-grade BPM applications using the Pega Platform.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled developer to play a key role in architecting scalable and high-performance solutions that drive business transformation.
You will work closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to deliver mission-critical Pega applications.
- Lead end-to-end Pega application development, enhancements, and production support efforts.
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, efficient Pega PRPC solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, review code, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to design integrated, future-proof architectures.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement performance tuning.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) certification is mandatory.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Pega application development, with leadership on key deliverables.
- Advanced experience with Pega 8.x or higher.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and exposure to tools like Jenkins, Git, or Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
